Our flagship reporting software!
WhisperReporter is designed to meet the needs of real estate inspectors throughout the world by providing complete report layout customization to create virtually any report desired. Several templates are provided, including TREC 7-2 and SPCS/T-4 (WDI) for Texas, with more to come.

Our original inspection software.
WhisperPI Property Inspection software package has been adapted from the Texas Real Estate Commission Standard Form REI No. 7A-0, which was adopted in June of 1998. Now TREC 7A-1 compliant, it also can be used throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Free image annotating software.
ImageEditLite is a simple jpeg image editor which allows you to add arrows, lines, boxes, circles and text annotation to images in the jpeg file format (*.jpg). Primarily used as an add-on for WhisperPI, but can be used as a standalone product.
