Whisper Computer Solutions, Inc. is a Texas corporation, established in 1995, and based in San Antonio, Texas. We provide custom application and system level software solutions for all Microsoft® Windows® platforms.

While the majority of our products and services are personalized consulting and custom software development, we also offer several of our own standard software products including:

WhisperReporter - Enterprise Class Reporting Software for professional inspectors and appraisers
Designed to meet the needs of real estate inspectors and appraisers everywhere (or close to it anyway) by providing complete report layout customization to create virtually any report desired. Some sample tempates are provided with more to come!

WhisperPI - Whisper Property Inspection Reporting Package
Initially designed to meet the needs of Texas Real Estate inspectors in conforming with Texas Real Estate Commission's standard form REI No. 7A-0, which was adopted in June of 1998. With version 3.2, support for its use with other states and Canada has been added.

WhisperWDI - Whisper Wood Destroying Insect Reporting Package
This package is integrated as an add-on to the WhisperPI package mentioned above, but can also be purchased separately if property inspection reporting is not needed. It is designed from the Texas Structural Pest Control Board SPCB/T-4 form, and as with the Property Inspection form, a version exists to allow other states to use the application.

Signature Font Service
We can provide a TrueType font containing your signature that you can use in a variety of applications, including our own reporting packages and applications like Microsoft Word.
