Report Audit

When generating the report using Print, you can have WhisperReporter audit the report and notify you if any audit items require attention.

Picklists where no selection has been made
Any picklists that are being printed but for which you have not made a selection from will be identified. All picklists require you to select an item from it as a precaution to prevent accidental use of a picklist's default value. Note however that if the template you are using was setup with an item already selected from the picklist (for say a default value), the picklist is considered picked from and will not be flagged here.

Linked text marked but never referenced
Any text marked as linked text is usually referenced by a corresponding linked text tag elsewhere in the report, such as for building an auto summary page. This will identify those linked text items that were not referenced during the report creation. For example, you might have marked some text as being classified as a "Minor Repair", and had meant to include a linked text tag in your summary section to list all items marked as 'Minor Repair". This audit item would identify that there were items marked as "Minor Repair" but were not subsequently referenced for use such as in your auto summary page.

Topics which have topic checkboxes yet none were selected
Topic checkboxes are typically used to indicate whether you inspected a particular topic and if it needed a repair. Usually at least one topic checkbox would need to be checked (such as "Inspected" or "Not Inspected". This audit item notes those topics which had topic checkboxes, but none had been checkmarked for that topic.

Topics which are being printed but are empty
If a topic is being printed, but nothing was ever added to that topic, it will be identified during this audit. This is meant to identify a topic you might have overlooked during your inspection, or just forgot to select to suppress that particular topic when generating the report.
