Because you can have an unlimited number of RapidRemarks, WhisperReporter not only provides a folder hierarchy to better organize your RapidRemarks, but also provides a "view" approach, such that a topic can be configured to only have specific RapidRemark folders available while entering comments in that topic. This keeps you from having to weed through possibly hundreds or even thousands of RapidRemarks that don't apply to a given topic. WhisperReporter's RapidRemark View Manager allows you to create these various RapidRemark Views.
In the above image, you can see that a RapidRemark View called "SS: Foundations" (abbreviation for Structural Systems: Foundations) was selected on the left side, and the right side shows which folders will be available and visible when using that view. For example, when this view is selected as the RapidRemark View for a topic such as for the Foundations topic of a Report View, only the folders checked off in the right panel will be available, i.e. Foundations, Slab, Pier & Beam and Master folders in this case.
Then in the Report View Manager, we could select this RapidRemark view for the Foundations topic:
