The RapidRemark Manager is used to manage all of your RapidRemarks, and because you can have an unlimited number of RapidRemarks, WhisperReporter provides a folder hierarchy to better organize them.
The Table of Contents panel shows the description assigned to the RapidRemark, and beneath the Table of Contents panel is the editor which contains the actual RapidRemark that will be used.
You can use the Table of Contents panel to drag-n-drop RapidRemarks from one folder to another, and even move whole folders around; allowing you to organize your RapidRemarks to make it easier to find them when needed. Also, the folder level is what is used when setting up various RapidRemark Views using the RapidRemark View Manager. RapidRemark Views are selective sets of RapidRemarks that you can assign to topics to hide various RapidRemarks that are not applicable to the specific topic you are working with.
Print Selection
You can create a report of all or some of your RapidRemarks by selecting the RapidRemark or folder desired, and clicking the Print Selection button. For example, to print all of your RapidRemarks, select the top most item in the Table of Contents, and click Print Selection.
