Whisper allows the inspector to customize the program through a number of different preference settings. Since no two inspectors will necessarily agree on the appearance of their report, the following preferences will allow some flexibility as to how the report will be generated while continuing to comply with any state regulations that may be present for the state where the inspection took place.
