Whisper Reporter supports the export of reports into the Adobe Acrobat's PDF format that can make for an easy method to email reports to clients and realtors, or to post them on a website for clients to download or view online. By using an industry standard PDF file format, the report is easily viewed by free PDF readers on just about any operating system platform, including Microsoft, Apple and Linux platforms.

 
 
To print the report to a PDF file, select Adobe Acrobat PDF file in the Print Report dialog, then select the Print button.  



You will then be presented with the following dialog:



Output PDF File
The default name is the report number, but can be edited as needed.

Pages to include in PDF file
Select which pages to export to the PDF file. By default, all pages will be exported.

PDF File Security
By default, the PDF file will always be minimally encrypted to prevent modification. You can also add a User Password to prevent the report from being viewed by anyone who doesn't know the password. This and other security settings can be adjusted in the Advanced settings dialog; use the Advanced button to enter that dialog and click on the PDF Security tab.
