Navigation Panel

This image shows a typical navigation panel in WhisperReporter. Notice that the top level icon is a book and indicates the name of the report view. Chapters currently use a folder icon to indicate it is a container, and topics use a document icon to indicate it is a page that contains editable information. Topic icons can change. For example, if nothing has been entered into a topic, its icon is an empty document. However, if something has been entered, the icon shows a non-empty document. Therefore, a simple glance at the navigation tree will indicate which topics have been commented on, and which have not. Additionally, if a topic has been marked as complete, it will have a small checkmark added. |
