Default Font for Comment Fields
You can specify the default font to use for a comment. Please note that the default is only used in empty comments, otherwise it uses the font currently selected according to where the cursor is positioned.

You can specify the default font to use for all fields in a form entry style report.
PDF Excluded Fonts
When WhisperReporter is instructed to create an Adobe Acrobat PDF file, by default it will include all of the necessary font information used by the specific report. If the font used in the report happens to be a common font which is generally available on the computer where the report is being emailed, then the inspector can have Whisper exclude this font information which will reduce the size of the PDF file.
Please note that if the font is excluded and the destination computer does not support this font, the operating system in use on that system will substitute the missing font with another font which may cause the report to appear different than intended by the inspector.
