The following menu items fall under the File menu:
New Report
Create a new report. See Creating a new report for more information.
Browse Reports
Lookup a report to view or modify. See Modifying an existing report for more information.
Save Changes to Current Report
Save changes to the topic you are working on. Note: topics are automatically saved when switching topics and when performing tasks such as printing or making changes to a layout.
Data Manager
Invokes the Data Manager for Backup, Restore and Archive data functions.
Load Comment From RTF File
Load a topic's comment area from a stand-alone RTF file. Useful when portions of a template are shared with other inspectors.
Save Comment to RTF File
Save a topic's comment area to a stand-alone RTF file. Useful for sharing parts of a template with other inspectors.
Printer Setup
Invokes the standard Windows Printer configuration setup.
Print/Generate Report
Invokes the Print Report dialog for generating and printing the report to a printer or file.
Exit
Close WhisperReporter.
