The following dialog is presented allow you to select what data you would like to export for use in other applications:



Available Data Items
Select the data items that you want to export. Items like Service Fees will be a total of all service fees for an inspection and will not export each individual service performed. For example, if there were three services performed at one inspection, only the total fees for all three services will be exported for that one inspection.

Inspection Date Selection
Select the inspection date range that you are interested in. This is useful if compiling a summary of inspections performed during certain dates, such as last quarter or year-to-date, for example.

Export Data File Type
Select the file type the exported data should be written as:
·XML - Data will be formatted based on the XML specification, which is compatible with many current applications such as Excel 2003 and later.  
·Excel - Data will be formatted as an Excel spreadsheet, which is compatible with any version of Excel and other applications which can import files with the xls extension.  
·Tab Delimited Text File - Data will be formatted as plain text, with a tab separating each field, and is compatible with current as well as older applications.  
·Comma Separated Values File - Data will be formatted as plain text, with a comma separating each field, and is compatible with current as well as older applications.  
·HTML - Data will be formatted as an HTML file, viewable using any Web Browser. This format cannot typically be imported into other applications.
