WhisperPI - Whisper Property Inspection Reporting Package
Initially designed for Texas Real Estate inspectors, conforming with Texas Real Estate Commission's standard form REI No. 7A-0, which was adopted in June of 1998. Beginning with version 3.2, support for its use with other States has been added; however, for full customization, WhisperReporter might be the better choice. Minimum requirements: 300MHz Pentium processor, Windows 9x/Me/2000/XP or NT 4.0, 128MB RAM.

WhisperWDI - Whisper Wood Destroying Insect Reporting Package
This package is integrated as an add-on to the WhisperPI package mentioned above, but can also be purchased separately if property inspection reporting is not needed. It is designed from the Texas Structural Pest Control Board SPCB/T-4 form, and as with the Property Inspection form, a version exists to allow other States to use the application. Minimum requirements are the same as for the WhisperPI product stated above.

Signature Font Service
We can provide a TrueType font containing your signature that you can use in a variety of applications, including our own reporting packages and applications like Microsoft Word. Minimum requirements: Windows 9x/Me/2000/XP or NT 4.0 with TrueType font support (standard with those operating systems).
