Includes the application, report layouts, templates and documentation. Report Layouts include: Texas Property Inspection (REI 7A-0 and REI 7A-1) and Texas WDI (SPCB/T-4). The templates included are variations of the Property Inspection boilerplate checklist/narrative combo style. For instructions on how to convert your 7A-0 based template to the new 7A-1 based template, please review the post in the WhisperPI forum here.
Note: Starting with version 3.4 of WhisperPI all previous owners (3.3.E and earlier) must obtain a new license from us within 15 usage days (at no charge). Unfortunately this is necessary due to a change in how we had to do licensing to be compatible with Windows Vista. Also, anyone using Apex sketching software V2 to draw their WDI diagrams will need to also upgrade to Apex IV Version 3.3 or Apex Medina 4.0.1627.1 dated 2/07/2007 or later (earlier versions of Medina are not supported).

Note: Updating an existing installation will not install or update any of the templates. If you want the new templates, you must download them separately and then use the "Import Exported Reports" feature in WhisperPI to install or update them into your current database.
